What does Lertha do with my data?
We use it to coach you, we never sell it, and you can get it deleted. Registered with the NDPC under the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
Lertha Technologies Limited is registered with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission as a data controller/processor of major importance, pursuant to Section 44 of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Registration NDPC/DCP/14612, issued 17 September 2026.
The short version
- Your financial data is used to coach you. It is not sold, and it is not shared for advertising.
- Bank access is read-only, and your bank login never reaches us.
- Analytics on the Lertha website only run if you accept them in the cookie banner.
- You can ask for your data, correct it, or have it deleted.
